Batch oven powder coating in Auckland

East Tamaki Powder Coaters offers two state-of-the-art Batch Oven for Powder coating systems, where Odd Structures, and Parts, Cannot Fit on the Line. For parts that are too large for our conveyor, we also offer on-site batching. This oven accommodates large parts as well as parts that require multiple colours. Upon request, we also offer oven customer pickup and delivery.

Our batch systems are used mainly for Low volume parts and Larger items like Gates, Fences, Electrical Boxes, Doors, Louvers, Furniture and Chimney’s, Structural Steel,

Our batch system can handle a maximum part size of 6 Metre x 2.4 Metre x 2.1 Metre. Once the powder is applied, your parts are then Wheeled into the Batch Oven, to be cured per the powder coating manufacturer’s specifications.
